Ciao,

Trattandosi di un edificio moderno e in stile "abusivo" mediorientale direi che le longherine sotto i gradini vanno bene.
Aggiungerei peró una (o due) colonnine in cemento armato (quadre) o rotonde sotto il pianerottolo.
L'alternativa sarebbe una scala a castello metallica tipo quelle delle uscite di sicurezza, ma penso che sia un pó difficile da realizzare.
