Much depends upon which part of the war you'd like to model. The late winter/early spring would have the Danes wearing their great coats. If you're up for doing a head swap then ACW kepi onto HaT Young Guard or Revell Old Guard figures might suffice.
If you wanted to do summer then the old ESCI French Foreign Legion had figures in kepis but without the long-tailed surtout. Although I've never found them, ACTA apparently had a mixed set of Union regulars and negro troops, all of whom were in frock coats. I had dreams of using these as a base for Austrians for the Wars of Italian Unification. Speaking of which, the Waterloo 1815 1859 Austrians might be given ACW kepis. For that matter, the Airfix/HaT WWI German Infantry or the Emhar Franco-Prussian Prussian infantry might be given kepis.
Thinking about it, giving Germans kepis might be the best option as then the same figures could stand in for Hanoverians in 1866.
I'm in the middle of reading Tom Buk-Swienty's "1864" right now so your question is well-timed."
